67 Pall Mall Singapore will be dedicated to bringing Members superb dining experiences. Artisanal and beautifully presented, the Club’s innovative menu, designed by our Head Chef, Marcus Verberne will complement the extensive wine list.
Head Chef Marcus Verberne – previously of Roast, Hix, Le Caprice, J Sheekey and The Ivy – worked in partnership with Head of Wine Ronan Sayburn MS – also COO for the Court of Master Sommeliers Europe – to build the London menus for the Members’ Lounge and the Clubroom.
They designed both fine and casual dining menus, based on a modern European style embracing influences from all over the world, each offering the perfect pairing from the Club’s extensive collection of wines.
