Explore The Club
Our comprehensive calendar is home to a blend of expertly-led masterclasses with some of the world’s greatest wines, as well as welcoming back some familiar faces you may know from our virtual calendar, as well as the Club’s sommelier team.
Also, for those Members passionate about understanding food and wine pairings, we have some outstanding hosts in the diary, including cheese tastings with La Fromagerie, an Oyster shucking workshop and a Sake-led night of food and wine.
Located on the ground floor, Members and their guests can book the Members’ Lounge for lunch and dinner or enjoy the Members’ Bar, where our extensive wine list can be enjoyed alongside dishes from our À La Carte menu.
Our wine list features 1,200 wines by-the-glass and nearly 5,000 bottles collectively. Representing 52 countries, the Club’s wine offering has continued to expand, with large formats of renowned estates and outstanding vintages displayed proudly on the bar, available by-the-glass. Designed to captivate and challenge Members, the extensive collection is available as a searchable list on iPads; loaded with winemakers’ notes, tasting notes and critics’ scores. Further expert guidance is available from our Master Sommelier and team of wine professionals, whose aim is to engage and inspire.
Executive Chef, Michael Gray and his senior kitchen team have created a varied food menu, centered around local producers and lighter, fish and season vegetable-led dishes. Whilst classic dishes such as the Scotch Egg can be found on our Members’ Lounge À La Carte menu, you can also find more contemporary dishes including lemon risotto, hand-dived Isle of Mull scallop tartare, preserved lemon and celery cress and pan-fried cuttlefish, chorizo, Padron peppers & ink dressing.
Each dish can be masterfully paired with wines with the help of 67 Pall Mall’s 17-strong sommelier team, providing classical options alongside more unexpected ones that aim to excite and educate.
Open from mid-morning each day apart from Sunday, the Clubroom offers Members a more casual space for meeting and socialising. The Clubroom has been designed to reflect the original residential use of the building. Here Members may enjoy lunch or dinner from our Clubroom menu, featuring the Members favourites all sourced from handpicked local suppliers.
Much like the Member’s Lounge, the Clubroom features an extensive list of wines-by-the-glass with 500 available in this space alone, and whilst wandering through the floor, you will stumble upon ‘The Naughty Corner’, a spirits bar for those who fancy something a little stronger.
We have three spaces at the Club which can be used for Members private events, the Lutyens Room based on the ground floor and seats up to 14 for breakfast, lunch or dinner. As well as being fully equipped for business meetings and presentations.
The Marlborough Room offers space for dining, meeting and tasting for up to 14 throughout the day. This oak panelled room enjoys beautiful views of the Queen’s Chapel and St James’s Palace.
Finally, our St James’s Room the largest of our spaces offers seating for 50 for formal wine tasting and 100 for a drinks reception or walk-around tasting. The St James’s Room holds both private events hosted by our Members as well as our unrivalled calendar of wine events that we offer to our Members and their guests.
