67 Pall Mall is the number one private members’ wine club in the world. We have one of the best wine lists on the planet with 4,400 wines representing 42 countries. Over 800 of these are served by-the-glass, and 32,000 bottles stored underfoot in our cellars. With this great list comes great expertise; our 17-strong sommelier team guide our Members through this unrivalled collection.

We are different from other restaurants, bars and private members’ clubs due to our unique concept and our positioning. 67 Pall Mall is the link between the wine industry, experts and aficionados. Above all, we differentiate ourselves by developing our own tone of voice and nurturing our independence.

Paulius Berukstis

Cellar Master & Back of House Manager

Paulius is one of the opening team at 67 Pall Mall. He co-created one of the biggest cellars in the world. With 67 Pall Mall, he changed his career path from front of the house to back of the house. He wanted to get more involved in buying, storing and managing wine.

Roberto Duran Herrera

Assistant Head Sommelier

Roberto has never stopped challenging himself. All the knowledge that he gained working at 67 Pall Mall helped him get the title of best sommelier in Spain in 2015. “It’s a amazing opportunity to be working in here: learning opportunities are extraordinary and around us every day.”

The exclusive benefits usually enjoyed by the wine industry are a huge perk of employment; the WSET course, working with the best sommelier team in the world and opportunities to explore so many wines and meet the winemakers is such a special and inspiring addition to the working life at the Club. We have an incredible membership and an unbeatable atmosphere, which makes 67 Pall Mall incomparable to other bars and restaurants. Importantly, we are not as stuffy as some private members’ Clubs can be. We breathe new life into Clubland and we do gently break rules! We are in the process of opening new Clubs (Singapore next year with further destinations to be announced…) so it is an incredibly exciting time to be part of the team.
