67 Pall Mall is the world’s first group of private Members’ Clubs founded by wine lovers, for wine lovers

The home of fine wine

Central to what we offer our Members is our diverse wine list, showcasing the lesser-known to the most iconic. This list has been crafted to excite, challenge and captivate our Members.

Disappointment at being unable to enjoy fine wine at sensible prices is what originally moved us to found 67 Pall Mall. Unlike most wine lists, ours works on the basis of a small cash mark-up, rather than a multiple of the cost price.

The global Clubs allow Members to share their interest in the world’s finest wines with like-minded people. Our aim is to entice Members to pull the cork and discover a new wine, complemented by a seasonal menu embracing culinary influences from all over the world.

67 Pall Mall has locations in London, Verbier, and Singapore, with further Club openings planned in Shanghai, Bordeaux, Melbourne, and Beaune. We also host a bar residency in Hong Kong on Hollywood Road, known as 67 on Hollywood.

“A bottle of wine begs to be shared; I have never met a miserly wine lover”

Clifton Paul Fadiman

History

The Club was founded by Grant Ashton and opened its doors in the heart of London in December 2015. As the home of one of the largest wine lists in the world, featuring 5,000 wines from 42 countries, 67 Pall Mall London quickly established itself as a destination for wine aficionados and industry professionals. The list offers more than 1,000 wines by-the-glass, delivered by expert service from a 19-strong sommelier team.

The iPad wine list is loaded with reviews, tasting notes and producer profiles, which houses the Club’s ever-evolving collection. Food is by no means an afterthought, the Club’s kitchen team have created an ever-changing menu to complement our extensive wine list, with the focus on local produce.

67 Pall Mall London paved the way for the group’s extensive wine offering, and with a growing membership, the Club opened their second property in late 2021.

67 Pall Mall Verbier opened in December 2021. The Club is in the heart of the Verbier village, and focusses on living well in the mountains. Members have access to the broadest wine list in Switzerland, including the exclusive collection of wines which make up La Mémoire des Vins Suisse. Our chefs have created a menu that features modern European fare and London Club favourites which are served in the Clubroom and terrace. The Club also offers the most well-equipped gym in Verbier, as well as frequent fitness classes to enhance performance on the mountain.

Following on from a busy season in the Alps, we opened the much-anticipated Singapore Club – a project which began in 2017…

A multi-million dollar refurbishment of the spectacular 15,000sq ft Shaw Centre penthouse on Orchard Road enabled 67 Pall Mall Singapore to open in March 2022.

67 Pall Mall Singapore has built a world-class 16-strong sommelier team. This team can offer expert guidance on the expansive 6,000-label wine list, the most diverse wine list in South East Asia. The Club also features a Whisky Wall which displays the Club’s collection of 430 bottles for Members to enjoy.

67 Pall Mall Singapore’s kitchen boasts an extensive menu inspired by the rich and diverse flavours of Asian cuisine – reflecting the culture and heritage of the region.

Future Clubs

Enabling our Members to discover new wine is a central tenet of the Club. With this in mind, we have secured properties in the heart of the wine capitals of Burgundy and Bordeaux, and the cultural and gastronomic capital of Australia, Melbourne.

In the centre of the Triangle d’Or, 21 Cours de l’Intendance is currently being transformed into 67 Pall Mall Bordeaux. Amongst the property’s historic architectural features, the building boasts a beautiful 18th century façade and an atrium crowned by a stunning 15-metre-wide cupola. Once renovated, the Club will extend across four floors including a public bar à vin on the ground floor.

67 Pall Mall Beaune will open following the renovation of the historic townhouse Moyne-Blandin. Built in the 1780s by Louis Moyne for his wife Marie, the neo-classical façade of the house gives little clue to the beautiful, listed interior. The Club is situated in the heart of Beaune’s gastronomic quarter, 200 metres from the Hospices de Beaune.

In the Southern Hemisphere, we are setting roots in Melbourne at 85 Spring Street, a 15-storey building located directly above Parliament Station and next to the Spring Street tramline. The Club will occupy the top four floors of the building, affording spectacular, uninterrupted views of the surrounding gardens, buildings, and cityscape.

Meanwhile, our most recent acquisition is in Shanghai. A century-old former diplomatic landmark, the Grand Mansion is a French Renaissance-style building in the prime and scenic Xuhui district, within the triangular garden at the intersection of Donghu Road and Middle Huaihai Road.

Resident Membership

In January 2024, we launched Resident Membership in Hong Kong. A passport to the world of wine, this is a new type of membership connecting a resident community of passionate wine lovers close to home and across the globe. As one of Asia’s biggest wine hubs, Hong Kong is the natural first destination for Resident membership. We have set out to unite wine lovers, offer exceptional wine experiences and bring the best names in wine to the doorsteps of Hong Kong’s inquisitive wine-loving residents.

Hong Kong is home to our bar residency on Hollywood Road, 67 on Hollywood.
