It is with great pleasure that we welcome you as a Member of 67 Pall Mall Singapore!
It has been said that life is too short to drink bad wine and we wholeheartedly agree. The punitive restaurant mark-ups on fine wine was what moved us to found 67 Pall Mall, and I trust our fair pricing structure will entice and inspire you to broaden and deepen your wine experience. The food is by no means an afterthought, and with a menu featuring quality seasonal produce, sustainable methods and dishes to suit all dining preferences, we have something for everyone.
Below, we have included some information that we hope will guide you on how to use your Club.

Featuring 1,000 wines by the glass and 6,000 bottles collectively, our wine list is designed to captivate and challenge Members. The extensive collection is available as a searchable list on iPads; loaded with winemakers’ notes, tasting notes and critics’ scores. Further expert guidance is available from our resident Master of Wine Richard Hemming, and a team of sommeliers led by Head Sommelier Roberto Duran, whose aim is to engage and inspire.
The heart and soul of the Penthouse, we invite Members to book the Restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner or enjoy a glass by the Wine Tower, a six-metre floor to ceiling structure carrying thousands of bottles of the Club’s collection, stored at the optimum temperature and humidity in bespoke cabinets.
We warmly encourage Members to use 67 Pall Mall during the day. The elegant spaces throughout the Club are perfect for discreet meetings and offer a relaxed environment from which to work. Walk-in seating is available for Members at all times at the Club during our operational hours, subject to a first come, first served basis, while reservations are also available for breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
Great wine deserves great food. Enjoy the extensive wine list alongside dishes from our À La Carte menu. From signature dishes of the London Club to Asian-inspired original creations, the exquisite menu is served during lunch and dinner, with a selection of bar bites available between 14:30 and 17:00.
Reservations for breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner can be made through ‘Make a Reservation’ in the Online Members’ Area. Reservations are open up to 30 days in advance, and each reservation slot is allocated 2 hours and 30 minutes. Alternatively, we do keep aside a number of tables for walk-in seating at all times, meaning you can stop by any time without a reservation, subject to a first-come-first-serve basis. Some wait time may be expected during peak times.
Reservation timings
Breakfast: 07:30 to 10:00 (Reservations not needed; Weekdays except Public Holidays, last order 09:45)
Lunch: 12:00 to 14:30 (Weekdays, last order at 14:15)
Brunch: 11:00 to 15:00 (Weekends and Public Holidays, last order at 14:30)
Dinner: 17:30 to 22:00 (Last order at 21:45)
Supper: Sunday to Tuesday – 22:00 to 00:00 (Last order at 23:30), Wednesday to Saturday 22:00 to 01:00 (Last order at 00:30)
The Penthouse has many nooks and crannies for Members to while away the hours.
Whilst wandering up the staircase, you will stumble upon the Naughty Corner. This is a spirits bar for those who fancy something a little stronger, with a whisky selection of over a hundred labels to discover, one dram at a time. No reservations are required and tables are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. From Wednesdays to Saturdays, we invite our Members to stay a little while longer as the Naughty Corner opens until 02:00.
The Naughty Corner also functions as a quiet working corner from 08:00-12:00, Mondays to Fridays, for Members to take a little break from the office, or to hold business meetings. Complimentary coffee, tea, fruit, and a cookie jar will be offered.

Wednesday to Saturday: 14:00 – 02:00 (Last order at 01:30)
With an unrivalled wine experience and panoramic views of Singapore, the Penthouse provides the perfect backdrop for all your memorable occasions. We offer Members a range of luxurious, contemporary, and flexible Private Rooms (PR). The Club’s numerous events will be hosted here, as well as being available for private hire.
Our PRs are modular and can be configured to suit a range of events from intimate dinners, masterclasses, conferences to business meetings. Each PR is named after the surrounding roads, inspired by the premier shopping and lifestyle district which the Club calls home. The rooms are equipped with AV systems, including projection and microphone facilities.

When you arrive at Shaw Centre, head up to the 27th floor for 67 Pall Mall.
The Concierge is available on the first floor to leave any coats or bulky items, drop off your bottles or handle any Membership-related matters. You do not need to head into the Concierge when you arrive for your table, just head right up to the 27th level to get checked in.
We currently offer storage of Members’ wine, charged at $50 + GST for 12 bottles/9L for the calendar year up to 31st December 2024, at a maximum of 36 bottles/27L.
A corkage fee is applicable to all Members’ wines consumed on the premises: $50 per 75cl (magnum $100, double magnum $200, and so on). We do not accept Members’ spirits to be brought in. In keeping with our unrivalled wine service, our sommeliers would be happy to decant and prepare any bottles requested in advance of your booking.
To withdraw wine from your reserves or if you would like to drop your bottle off ahead of your reservation, please email the cellar at [email protected], stating the date and time of your reservation and any instructions for your bottle. We kindly ask 24 hours’ notice for withdrawal requests, in order to appropriately prepare your wine. If you have made a reservation and requested a bottle from your cellar, please let us know if your plans change before the time of decanting so the wines can be returned to your reserve.

You will shortly receive a note from us with details of your Members’ Area login. Once you have received the details and have successfully changed your password to something more memorable, please do login below.
In the Members’ Area, you’ll be able to make reservations, purchase event tickets, update your profile and more. We do advise that you keep your login details at hand.

The Club practices a business/cocktail smart casual dress code. Members and their guests are asked to be well-presented at all times.
All Day on Weekdays and after 17:30 on Weekends:
Men should be dressed in sleeved, collared shirts, smart long trousers and closed-toe footwear. Ladies are expected to dress in smart casual wear.
On Weekends Before 17:30:
The collared shirt & smart trousers policy for men is relaxed.
Spare bottoms may be borrowed from the Club over impermissible clothing upon availability, while the Club reserves the discretion to deem appropriate attire and the right to refuse entry to inappropriately dressed Members or their guests.
Please refrain from:
– Micro or mini skirts/shorts
– Flip flops, Crocs and Birkenstocks
– Activewear
– Sports jerseys
– Ripped Fabrics
– Caps and Headgear (except for religious reasons).
The Club doesn’t love them, but it’s fine with us if you do:
– Non-ripped jeans
– Tailored shorts (for ladies)
– Clean, non-sports trainers
Working in the Club
Members can use laptops and mobile phones until 17:30 when we ask that devices be put away so you can enjoy a glass without distraction.
Children in the Club
As a wine Club, the age limit for Members and their guests is 18 years old and above.
From time to time, we may also allow guests under 18 for selected events and private dining.
Guests under the age of 18 will be allowed in the Club on Saturdays and Sundays before 17:00.
Signing in guests
Each Member may sign up to 4 guests (up to a group of 5). The Member will have to be present. Guests who arrive at the Club before the Member may be asked to wait before being seated in the Club. It is advised that each guest should only be brought to the Club no more than five times a year. Non-Members who become too familiar a face at the Club will be asked to submit an application form.
