Event Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Access

– Tickets for the Palace Feast are available at a standard price of £675 per person.
– A reduced rate of £650 per person applies when booking a group of six or more tickets, subject to availability. This discount only applies for groups of tickets purchased together. 
– The Club reserves the right to verify Member eligibility and, where necessary, amend or cancel any booking that does not meet the relevant criteria.
– A valid membership number is required during the booking process. The Club reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel tickets where a valid membership number has not been provided or cannot be verified.

2. Pricing

– Tickets are priced at £675 per person.
– A reduced rate of £650 per person is available when booking a group of six or more tickets, subject to availability and the applicable booking criteria.
– Tickets must be purchased through the designated event booking platform rather than charging the event to the Member’s Club account.

3. Refunds

– Tickets are fully refundable up to 14 business days prior to the event (Tuesday 24th November 2026).
– Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be processed to the original payment method. After this point, tickets become non-refundable.

4. Transfers

– Tickets are issued for personal use and may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain.
– Any transfer of a ticket should be notified to the Events Team in advance and may be subject to the Club’s approval.

5. Attendance

– All guests must hold a valid ticket to attend. The purchasing Member must be in attendance.
– Members are responsible for the conduct of any guests attending under their booking.
– The Club reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour may affect the experience of others.
– This is an over-18s event.
– Guests are expected to comply with the dress code for the evening. The dress code is black tie.

6. Guest Tickets

– Members may purchase tickets for guests in accordance with the applicable booking criteria.
– Guest names may be required at checkout or in advance of the event.
– Members are responsible for ensuring that all guests attending under their booking are aware of and comply with these Terms & Conditions, including the dress code.

7. Event Details

– The Club reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the event programme, timings, entertainment, menu or wine selection where necessary.
– The four-course dinner and accompanying wines are subject to availability and may be amended by the Club or its suppliers.
– Dinner will be served at shared banqueting tables, with Members and their guests seated alongside other Members and guests. While the Club will do its best to accommodate seating requests, specific seating arrangements cannot be guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
– Drinks served during the Champagne and canapé reception and dinner are included in the ticket. Drinks purchased during the After-Party are not included and will be charged separately at the venue’s applicable prices.
– In the unlikely event of cancellation, tickets will be refunded in full. The Club is not responsible for any additional costs incurred.

8. Capacity

– Tickets are sold in line with the overall capacity of Banqueting House and the event.
– Admission is subject to venue capacity and applicable safety requirements.
– Specific areas within the venue are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.

9. Photography

– The Palace Feast may be photographed or filmed. By attending, guests consent to the use of such material for Club communications, marketing and promotional purposes.

10. General

– By purchasing a ticket, guests agree to these Terms & Conditions.
– Guests are required to comply with any reasonable instructions issued by the Club, Banqueting House or event staff during the event.
– The Club reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the event or venue arrangements.
