Event Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Releases & Access

– Tickets for the Summer Party are released in a series of phases, each with defined pricing and, where applicable, eligibility.
– Access to certain phases is determined at the time of booking. The Club reserves the right to verify eligibility and, where necessary, amend or cancel any booking that does not meet the relevant criteria.
– Each phase is strictly limited in allocation. Once a phase has sold out, tickets will be available only at the prevailing price of the next release.
– Each membership number may only be used in accordance with the ticket limits per phase. Duplicate or excessive use may result in cancellation of affected tickets. 

2. Pricing

– Ticket pricing varies by release phase and membership status.
– Early release pricing reflects limited availability and will not be applied retrospectively. Once purchased, tickets are non-adjustable in price.
– A separate price applies to non-Member tickets throughout all phases.
– Tickets must be purchased through the Tickettailor event platform, rather than charging the event to the Member’s Club account. 

3. Refunds

– Tickets are fully refundable up to 14 days prior to the event.
– Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be processed to the original payment method. After this point, tickets become non-refundable. 

4. Transfers

– Tickets are issued for personal use and may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain. 

5. Attendance

– All guests must hold a valid ticket to attend. The purchasing Member must be in attendance.
– Members are responsible for the conduct of any guests attending under their booking.
– The Club reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour may affect the experience of others.
– This is an over-18s event. 

6. Non-Member Tickets

– Non-Member tickets are available in each phase.
– Non-Member guest names must be provided at checkout. Wristbands will be issued for all non-Member guests.
– While there is no fixed overall cap on non-Member attendance, availability is controlled to ensure the balance and character of the event.

7. Event Details

– The Club reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the event programme where necessary.
– In the unlikely event of cancellation, tickets will be refunded in full. The Club is not responsible for any additional costs incurred.
– In the case of bad weather, the event will be proceeding as the venue has adequate cover.
– Guests with accessibility requirements should contact the Events Team in advance at [email protected]. 

8. Capacity

– Tickets are sold in line with the overall capacity of the event. Admission is on a first-come basis, and specific areas within the event venue are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated. 

9. Photography

– The Summer Party may be photographed or filmed. By attending, guests consent to the use of such material for Club communications. 

10. General

– By purchasing a ticket, guests agree to these Terms & Conditions.
