Clubroom Senior Sommelier
Suzi began her hospitality career in Sydney, where she worked as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Crown Sydney. Her journey into the world of wine took a significant step forward when she moved to London to join 67 Pall Mall, flying in from Japan after completing a 2am Zoom interview due to the time difference.
She has since achieved both The Court of Master Sommeliers (CMS) Introductory and Certified Sommelier qualifications, earning the top score in her class. Suzi is currently preparing for her WSET Diploma final exam and plans to pursue the Advanced CMS certification next.
