Head of Inventory

Steponas began his career in hospitality in 2013 when he joined the bar team at Ronnie Scott’s jazz club in London. A few years later, he relocated to Barcelona, Spain, joining the Marriott International hotel group, where he continued to lead bar teams. During his time in Barcelona, Steponas also contributed to the pre-opening phase of the Almanac hotel group, helping to develop its bar structure.

In late 2018, Steponas returned to London and rejoined Marriott hotels, managing bar operations. In June 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, he transitioned to 67 Pall Mall as Assistant Cellar Master. A year later, Steponas was promoted to Head of Inventory, a role in which he manages both the 67 and Members’ cellars. Additionally, he played a key role in the opening of our new locations in Verbier and Singapore in 2021 and 2022.
