New Year’s Eve dinner -Tuesday 31st December
We are delighted to celebrate the turn of the year with our Members at the Club, as we welcome 2025 in true Verbier style.
This year, we will be kicking off the evening with d an exquisite 8-course tasting menu, prepared by our talented chef Luca Tassan available below for this spectacular occasion. Our expert Sommeliers will be available throughout the evening to suggest the perfect wine pairings, whether by the glass or bottle, to complement your dining experience.
We’d be also delighted to help you enjoy a treasured bottle from your personal collection. Please note, however, that a corkage fee of CHF 80 per 750ml bottle and CHF 150 per magnum will apply for this event.
Unfortunately, we would not be able to welcome for this special event any of under 18 mini-members or your favourite companion animals.
As the evening progresses, the Bar a Vin dancefloor will come alive with our DJ spinning tunes to carry us through the night.
Not to mention the highlight of every New Year’s Eve celebration in Verbier—the enchanting moment when Members can step out onto the terrace to watch the village’s dazzling fireworks at midnight. It’s a magical experience we look forward to sharing with you, as we raise a glass to welcome the new year.
