“I began my wine journey from a love of Port, and over the years that passion has deepened – particularly for Madeira. Fortified wines come in many varieties, and are so versatile throughout the course of the meal. I would be delighted to guide you through your meal, from something like Maury with duck, to a beautifully balanced finish with a Ratafia de Champagne.”
