Kori is a fixture of the Singapore restaurant scene, having established and managed several of the city’s best loved F&B destinations including Osia, Sky on 57 and BarRoque. Her experience covers everything from Michelin-starred fine dining to more casual establishments, all delivered to exceptional standards.

With previous roles in Sydney, New Zealand, the UK the Caribbean and beyond, Kori has a truly global outlook on the world of wine and food, making her the perfect fit as General Manager of 67 Pall Mall. Her instinct for great hospitality promises to make the Club a relaxed but sophisticated experience, ushering in a new era of wine appreciation for Singapore.
