Kori Millar
Group Director of Operations, APAC
Kori is a fixture of the Singapore restaurant scene, having established and managed several of the city’s best loved F&B destinations including Osia, Sky on 57 and BarRoque. Her experience covers everything from Michelin-starred fine dining to more casual establishments, all delivered to exceptional standards.
After serving as Chief Development Officer, where she oversaw the development of new Clubs and successfully launched En Primeur in Hong Kong, Kori has recently been promoted to Group Director of Operations, APAC. In this role, she now oversees the operation of the physical Clubs in Asia Pacific, as well as the En Primeur and Veraison cities in the region.
