Kathrine Larsen-Robert
Group Wine Director
Originally from Copenhagen, Kathrine Larsen-Robert MS began her career in hospitality in 2002, interning for a number of one- and two-Michelin star restaurants, while at the same time studying at Copenhagen Hospitality College.
In 2007 she relocated to London where she joined the D&D restaurant group, working for restaurants Le Pont de la Tour, Skylon and Orrery. In 2013 she joined the Japanese fusion restaurant Zuma as Head Sommelier, where she was named UK Young Sommelier of the Year before becoming a Master Sommeliers, being awarded the Grand Siècle award for the highest exam results of her year. In 2014 she was named UK Sommelier of the Year before, in 2015, she left the restaurant floor to specialise in fine wine, with one of the UK’s biggest wine importers, Enotria & Coe, latterly serving as its Head of Fine Wine.
Today, Larsen-Robert is head of the Theory Panel for the United Kingdom Sommelier Academy and is regularly judging at sommelier and wine competitions in the UK and abroad. In September 2024, she joined us at 67 as Head of Wine for Europe. In March 2026 she moved into a new role as Group Wine Director, leading our wine strategy across all locations, ensuring continued excellence, consistency, and innovation in one of the most defining elements of the 67 Pall Mall experience.
