John Gonzalo is our talented Clubroom Head Chef. Originally from the Philippines, John has built a successful career in the culinary industry over the past decade.
His professional journey initially took him to such high-profile venues as Tate Britain, Waldorf Astoria and Browns Hotel before John advanced to roles as Sous Chef and Chef de Partie at 67 Pall Mall. After departing to join modern British restaurant The Rosarium, where he gained further experience as Head Chef, in September 2023 he returned to 67 as Clubroom Head Chef. He has since played a key role in developing and refining the Clubroom menu.
