Born in Buenos Aires and raised in Chianti, Gastón moved to London in 2017 to start his wine career, joining the Club in 2021 and since achieving his WSET Level 4 Diploma, and completed a Masters in Vineyard Management and Vine Pruning with the renowned viticultural consultants Simonit & Sirch.
Specialising in Tuscan wines, Gastón integrates technical knowledge with a rigorous understanding of terroir expression, supported by practical viticultural expertise.
