Dan Page – Executive Chef
We are delighted to welcome Dan Page to the team as our new Executive Chef. With a wealth of experience spanning Michelin-starred kitchens and high-volume dining operations, Dan brings his culinary expertise and a passion for fine dining to our Club.
Dan’s career highlights include playing a key role in the success of ION by Simon Rogan in Malta, where the restaurant earned its second Michelin star during his tenure.
Previously, he held leadership roles at City Social in London, a one Michelin-starred and a three AA Rosette-rated restaurant by Jason Atherton, where he progressed from Head Chef to Executive Head Chef.
Dan have also contributed to the success of world-renowned establishments like Pollen Street Social in Mayfair, where he was Sous Chef in a one-star Michelin, five AA Rosette setting, serving over 200 covers daily.
Known for his dedication to sustainability, seasonality, and innovative menu development, the Club is excited to have his creativity and leadership brought to our kitchen. Having just joined at the beginning of the month, he is busy getting his feet under the table at 67 Pall Mall however Members can expect to see exciting changes to the menu in the coming months.
