Reception Manager

Chloe joined 67 Pall Mall in 2021 and now serves as Reception Manager, where she focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading the reception and reservations team. Her approach is rooted in elevating and maintaining a heartfelt standard of hospitality.

Originally from Boracay Island in the Philippines, Chloe has been based in London for the past 11 years.

Chloe’s background includes roles in luxury hospitality settings, including Shangri-La Hotel at The Shard, where she worked as Head Hostess, and 12 Hay Hill in Mayfair, where she served as Head of Reception. Her early career has always been closely tied to private members’ clubs and luxury hotels. Alongside her hospitality career, Chloe is also a photographer with a broad interest in creative work.
