Busting the myths around organic wine – Wednesday 22nd November
Organically produced wines may now be a staple on the shelves of our favourite merchant and on the high street, yet there still linger a few mistruths in wine lovers’ minds: they don’t age well, or they’re overpriced being just two. Fortunately, on hand is one of our fine 67 Pall Mall Verbier sommeliers to explain the term and the practices behind it via a masterclass which will sweep away any misgivings. Taking in both the New and Old Worlds, Members will have the pleasure of a half-dozen cracking organic wines which will leave them in no doubt as to the heights organics can reach. Regrettably, over-enthusiastic imbibing will still equal a weary head the next day, organic wine or not…
