Wellbeing is a tough nut to crack, but if anyone is going to let us in on the secret, it’s fellow Member and good friend of the Club, Liz Earle MBE.
Best known for her passion for beauty, natural health and wellbeing, Liz is the bestselling author of over 35 books, as well as being a leading beauty and wellness entrepreneur, TV presenter, magazine founder, podcast host and charity founder.
Join us in the St. James’s Room where we will enjoy a talk led by Liz, who will reveal her philosophy and top tips for women’s wellbeing and strategies for a life well lived, in a morning devoted to looking and feeling better than ever.
Passionate about research and consumer information, Liz was a founder of the Guild of Health Writers and has written extensively on how to live well, with a focus on nutrition, gut health and mid-life hormonal wellbeing. She is now the editor-in-chief of her own Liz Earle Wellbeing magazine, which focuses on all aspects of living well.
A light breakfast, juices, tea and coffee will be available during the talk. Guests will also be given a goody bag to take away, containing the latest copy of her magazine, as well as a back issue. We hope to see you there.
