Valentine’s Day blind tasting – Saturday 14th February
They say love is blind – which makes a blind tasting a rather fitting way to mark a wine-themed Valentine’s Day. With an added note of romance and a touch of mischief, this playful evening invites Members to trust their senses, set aside preconceptions and enjoy getting to know one another, whether arriving solo or accompanied.
This Valentine’s Day, we invite Members to experience a blind tasting with a twist – 67 branded blindfolds, carefully chosen wines and a little enforced trust. Designed as a sociable exploration of taste, perception and instinct, the evening balances tasting with just enough intrigue to keep things interesting.
The night unfolds as a guided blind tasting led by our expert sommelier. A glass is poured blind on arrival, followed by six tasting rounds in which you’ll be paired first with the Member to your right, then with the one to your left. In each round, one of you will taste blindfolded while the other observes, before swapping roles. The blindfolded guest describes what they taste, makes a guess and only then does the sommelier reveal the wine.

The evening doesn’t end there. At 21:00, the blindfolds come off and the night opens up. Following the success of our Halloween party, DJ Babé Sila returns to the Clubroom, shifting the mood from considered tasting to convivial celebration – with the dancefloor open to all.
Come for the wine, stay for the music – and who knows, perhaps the evening will deliver more than just a good food and wine match…
Please note, tickets are refundable for cancellations up to 5 business days before the event. Cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]. Any cancellations within 5 business days of the event are non-refundable unless 67 Pall Mall resells the ticket to another Member. This is only possible when the event is sold out and there is a waiting list.
