Calling all women in wine – and women who know their wine. We’re delighted to be bringing back our ladies-only Paulée-style BYOB dinners in 2026.
Across spring and autumn, our female Members can look forward to seasonal menus from Executive Chef Dan Page, thoughtfully composed to flatter the bottles you place at the centre of the table.
Highlights from last year’s Paulée-style BYOB spring dinner menu included rabbit & mangalitsa terrine, spring greens, pickled walnut served with toasted brioche and stuffed cornfed chicken, saucisson, salt baked kohlrabi, cime di rapa with truffled pomme purée. Members can expect menus of equal calibre this year.
As for what to bring? We’ll leave that in your very capable hands. A treasured Pinot, a quietly confident Chardonnay – perhaps even a Magnum, if you’re feeling generous (no corkage fee, of course). This is a night for pulling corks worth talking about and pouring something you’ve been waiting for the right company to open.
Expect lively debate, generous top-ups and the sort of table where introductions are brief and the conversation long.
For those who weren’t included in the invitation for this event, rest assured, there are plenty of other BYOB dates in our events calendar.
