Ski and Conversation with E by Equinox and the Warren Smith Ski Academy
With 67 Pall Mall Verbier now solidly on the horizon, we anticipate our Members will be itching to strap on their boots and dust off their skis in anticipation.
Join us in the St. James’s Room on October 26th for light bites and conversation with Equinox Tier X coaches, as well as Warren Smith, Founder of Warren Smith Ski Academy. There will also be a physical demonstration of exercises, followed by a Q&A.
It’s time to prepare your body for the slopes to prevent injury and improve performance. The team and Warren will discuss all things strength and conditioning exercises, coupled with movement prep and flexibility.
