The Judean Hills near Jerusalem, where King David and King Solomon planted their vineyards, have long been known as a prime wine-growing area.  Today, there are over 40 wineries in what has become the main wine trail of Israel.  The Hills are known for their unique combination of terroir and topography, and a surprisingly large number of micro-climates, creating excellent conditions for viniculture.Members can join Tal Sunderland-Cohen on a wonderful exploration of the Judean hills, for an expert look at this unique winemaking environment.The wines we will taste:
