LOUIS XIII & Exmoor caviar tasting – Tuesday 14th December

Join us in the St. James’s Room for a taste of the French art of living with a tasting of LOUIS XIII, the exquisite, iconic blend sourced from Grande Champagne, the first cru of the Cognac region.

Since its origins in 1874, each generation of Cellar Master selects the most precious eaux-de-vie for LOUIS XIII. Today, Cellar Master Baptiste Loiseau is setting aside their finest eaux-de-vie as a legacy for this successors in the coming century.

Members will be masterfully guided through the tasting by Brian Copeland, Private Clients Director for LOUIS XIII, accompanied by caviar canapés.

Egg chaud-froid with Exmoor cornish salted caviar
Mini jacket potato, crème fraîche and Exmoor smoked caviar
Beef tartare with Exmoor caviar crème
Blinis with sour cream and Exmoor beluga caviar
Smoked sturgeon, Exmoor royal beluski caviar, lemon gel
Crab and Exmoor imperial oscietra caviar doughtnut
