Located high in the Judean Hills of Jerusalem, Shoresh vineyard has a wide range of small parcels varying in elevation and soils, such as Moza Marl, Terra-Rosa and deep bands of limestone. Consequently, grape varieties are planted according to their optimal needs. This natural variation conceives an array of terroirs, which create wines of great complexity and longevity.
