Live from the Vines: The Blank Bottle Winery

To understand the philosophy behind Blank Bottle Winery we trace its roots back to owner and winemaker Pieter Walser’s first customer. A woman visited his office 12 years ago, saying that she wanted to buy some wine, and that she liked everything apart from Shiraz. She then tasted some wine, loved it, and bought three cases. It was Shiraz. We join Pieter to understand more about why he says he wants nothing on his labels about the grape variety.
