Tucked into the foothills of a dramatic mountain range at the bottom of Africa is Lismore Estate Vineyard, where we meet Samantha O’Keefe, Winery Owner & Winemaker. We learn how Samantha found paradise and the perfect terroir, to become the pioneer of a new South African wine region, Greyton. Ronan Sayburn leads a tasting of six wines produced by the vineyard, which overcame the unique challenges of farming in a remote and hostile landscape to produce some of South Africa’s highest-rated and sought-after wines.
