The Buissons have been part of Burgundy’s vinegrowing fabric for over 250 years, and mainstays of Saint-Romain since it achieved appellation status just after the Second World War.
At the helm today are brothers Franck and Frédérick, who navigate according to biodynamic theory, which is of no surprise considering that their father, Henri, worked the land organically as far back as the 1960s.
