We are thrilled to welcome David Higgins, third-generation coffee expert and grandson of the company’s founder, to host this exclusive masterclass for Members.
Join David as he shares his knowledge, guiding you through the intricate art of coffee tasting. Discover how to identify the myriad aromas and flavours that make each coffee unique, while exploring the journey from bean to cup. From the careful selection of the finest varietals and harvesting at origin to the precision of blending, roasting and brewing, you’ll gain a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship behind every cup.
During the session, you’ll have the opportunity to taste three of H. R. Higgins’ most exquisite single-origin coffees and blends. The experience will culminate with a Q&A session, where David will answer your coffee-related queries.
To continue your exploration at home, you’ll receive an exclusive coffee taster kit. This includes three carefully selected coffee samples, tasting cards and a brewing guide to help you refine your palate and brewing skills.

Any cancellations within 5 days of the event are non-refundable unless 67 Pall Mall resells the ticket to another Member. This is only possible when the event is sold out and there is a waiting list.
