German wines and cheese can be a revelation. Join us for the opportunity to taste some exceptional examples of German wine, along with idyllic cheese pairings from La Fromagerie.
Our Chilean born host Raul Diaz is a sommelier, award-winning author and wine educator, who will be taking us on a journey through the basic ‘rules’ which can help guide us to successful matches, and teach us to understand the interrelationship between wine and food.
Members will gain a deeper understanding of how pairings enhance the enjoyment of both, and how whilst we all develop our personal preferences, the goal remains the same: to enjoy a delicious glass of wine with exceptional food.
The ticket also includes a signed copy of the book “Wines & Recipes”.
