Federico’s Christmas favourites – Friday 2nd December

Not all Christmas lists are created equal, and few, if any, provoke as much serious thought as the curation of the wine list for your Christmas Day table: Champagne or Chablis with the smoked salmon, perhaps even an off-piste fino Sherry, and does opening that tempting but youthful classed growth equal vinous infanticide?

Fortunately, the Club’s Head Sommelier Federico Moccia is on hand to help crystallise your thoughts (or delightfully muddy the waters) with a clutch of superb wines.

Federico’s hand-picked selection of his festive favourites will prove ideal partners for your dishes over the Christmas season, including the big day itself.
