This professional wine knife, both elegant and intuitive to use, is the result of a 12-year journey of designing, refining and manufacturing by Member and Code38 founder Jeffrey Toering. Toering, a trained aircraft instrumentation engineer, wanted to offer a device that befitted an exceptional dining experience.
The outcome is arguably the most artistically engineered, user-friendly, durable and reliable wine knife on the market. Many of the world’s elite wine professionals claim Code38 as their primary tool of choice.
Featuring a textured stainless steel body and components, the Code38’s exceptional part detail and component accuracy is achieved through a process of metal injection moulding (MIM), generally reserved for Swiss watch, aerospace and prestige car component manufacturers.
