Chilean Food and Wine Pairing Evening With Raul Diaz – Tuesday 17th May
Chilean wines and classic Chilean recipes can be a very exciting match. Join us for the opportunity to taste some exceptional examples of Chilean wine, along with delicious local recipes from this amazing country.
Our Chilean born host Raul Diaz is a sommelier, award-winning author, and wine educator, who will be taking us on a journey through different wine regions of Chile. He will also share some basic ‘rules’ which can help guide us to successful matches and teach us to understand the interrelationship between wine and food.
Members will gain a deeper understanding of how pairings enhance the enjoyment of both, and how whilst we all develop our personal preferences, the goal remains the same: to enjoy a delicious glass of wine with exceptional food.
The ticket also includes a signed copy of the book “Wines & Recipes” by Raul Diaz
