With great pleasure, we announce that our good friend Chef Michel Roux Jr will be flying out to Switzerland and taking up residence in our Verbier Club across the first weekend of April. The menu will include dishes inspired by Le Gavroche favourites as well as our beloved canton of Valais, and our Global Head of Wine, Ronan Sayburn MS has curated a choice of two flights of expertly-paired wines to complement.

We invite you to join us for dinner on Friday 1st April or Saturday 2nd April at 67 Pall Mall Verbier.

We asked Michel about the inspiration behind the menu for Members of 67 Pall Mall; “When I created this menu, we wanted to show some classics and some new dishes which we serve to our guests. For example the Petit Artichaut Lucullus is a great classic, this was one of the first dishes I brought to Le Gavroche. It is the quintessence of what Le Gavroche is about – luxury and extravagance, taste and texture, and a lot of time and skill”.

Michel continues, “provenance of ingredients is another very important point for me, we are using Sirloin of Herens Beef, which is typical for Verbier, the Valais, buying local, using the highest quality products.

We conclude with the all-time classic, Baba aux Pommes et Calvados, one of my fathers favourite desserts, this dish was always a winner at Le Gavroche too.”

Chef Michel Roux Jr will be cooking for Members on the night, bringing culinary fireworks to the stunning Clubroom at 67 Pall Mall Verbier.

Members can join us in the Bar à Vin from 6.30pm for champagne and canapés, before making their way up to the Clubroom for their booking.

Bookings are available from 7pm for up to 6 persons, and it is strongly advised to book early to avoid disappointment, as spaces are anticipated to fill up quickly.

Additionally, for a truly Swiss experience, we will also be announcing our exciting involvement with A Matter of Taste 2022, taking place in Zurich across the same weekend (transfers to be arranged). Expect details of this event by the end of the week.
