Blind Tasting with Head of Wine Operations London, Federico Moccia – Monday 4th May

We invite Members to join us for another edition of our ever-popular Blind Tasting, led by Head of Wine Operations London, Federico Moccia, as he shares his approach to developing the wine-tasting experience.

Blind tasting is a fantastic way to challenge your palate and preconceptions while refining your tasting skills, free of undue influence from labels or reputations. Whether you’re looking to deepen your wine knowledge or simply enjoy an informal but informative evening, we encourage you to join us on Monday 4th May.

During the evening, Members will taste a selection of wines chosen by Federico, who will talk through their nuances and guide guests in identifying their defining characteristics. From pinpointing key components to connecting them with specific regions, grape varieties and vintages, you’ll leave with a greater appreciation for the art of wine tasting (and don’t worry, Members won’t be put under pressure to identify wines in front of the room – unless they want to be!)

For obvious reasons, the wines won’t be revealed until the night…

Please note, tickets are refundable for cancellations up to 5 business days before the event. Cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]. Any cancellations within 5 business days of the event are non-refundable unless 67 Pall Mall resells the ticket to another Member. This is only possible when the event is sold out and there is a waiting list.
