Blind Tasting with Beverley Blanning MW | Tuesday 13th July

Tasting blind is the best way to really focus on what you are tasting and the only way to taste truly objectively, without the distraction of the label.  This masterclass, led by Beverly Blanning MW, wine writer, educator, and presenter, will give you the tools you need to distinguish between different grape varieties, to understand how climate affects wine flavours and how fluctuations in the annual growing season can radically alter the wine in your glass.  You will see how winemaking decisions affect the quality of the wine you drink.  And – best of all – you might learn more about what you like best, so you can make better choices every time you select a bottle.
