An exclusive, Members’-only paired dinner at Alex Dilling at Hotel Café Royal – Tuesday 24th June

While we like to think that Members have everything they need right here at 67 Pall Mall, we’re not so parochial as to be blind to the quality of other establishments within our neighbourhood. Indeed, we are happy to celebrate those which we think are truly special.

With that in mind, we are delighted to invite Members to an extraordinary dining experience at the iconic Hotel Café Royal, featuring a tasting menu from one of the most exciting talents in modern French cuisine, Alex Dilling. For one night only, we have secured the whole restaurant exclusively for our Members for an evening hosted by our very own Deputy Head Sommelier Elton Muço, alongside Giuseppe Grasso, Head Sommelier and Wine Buyer for Alex Dilling at Hotel Café Royal.

London-born and globally acclaimed, Alex’s career spans celebrated kitchens – from Alain Ducasse’s Adour in New York to the helm of Caviar Russe, and a pivotal role alongside Hélène Darroze in London and Paris. In 2022, he opened his eponymous restaurant at Hotel Café Royal – an elegant, intimate space overlooking Regent Street. Just six months later, the restaurant was awarded two Michelin stars – a reflection of Dilling’s precision, creativity and mastery of technique.

For one night only, Members will enjoy a curated tasting menu showcasing some of the chef’s most lauded dishes – including his signature aged Kaluga caviar – paired with fine wines and impeccable hospitality.
