A Night of Wine & Caviar – Champagne Reception & Tasting Menu – Thursday 27th June
Much like wine, there’s a fair few myths and plenty of mystique surrounding caviar.
On Thursday 27th June, we’ll be hosting a tasting event exploring the nuances of this classic delicacy in more detail – and the all-important wine-matching element. Because it’s all very well picking up a tin of caviar to serve at a dinner party, but which caviar, exactly? And, crucially, which wine to pair with it?
Harry Ferguson is director of Exmoor Caviar, the UK’s leading supplier and the country’s first producer of sturgeon caviar. Through a host of partner farms across the world, Exmoor Caviar offers a wide range of different varieties to the restaurant trade, taking in more than 100 Michelin-starred eateries, as well as the Royal Households & No. 10 Downing Street.
Harry adds another prestigious address to his roster, as we welcome him to 67 Pall Mall to guide Members through the various caviar types, production techniques and the all-important wine pairing over an indulgent menu specially created by our executive chef.

Please note, tickets are refundable for cancellations up to 48 hours before the event. Cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable unless 67 Pall Mall resells the ticket to another Member. This is only possible when the event is sold out and there is a waiting list.
