The third Melbourne Summer Party
Long afternoons on the banks of the Yarra, with Champagne in hand and the barbecue going
The 67 Pall Mall Summer Party returns to Melbourne for its third year. After last year’s beach setting, we turn to another of the city’s great summer pastimes: long afternoons on the river.
For more than 160 years, Melburnians have made their way to Studley Park Boathouse to while away summer afternoons by the water. On Saturday 6 February, 67 Pall Mall adds its own chapter to that tradition, taking our global Summer Party from afternoon through twilight and into the night, with fine wine, good food and the company of our growing Melbourne Member community.
Summer Parties are a global Member celebration, a chance to reconnect with familiar faces and welcome new ones. This year, for the first time, ticket allocations are uncapped: until we reach capacity, Members are welcome to share the party with their wider networks.
The setting
Expect a distinctly Australian summer evening: Zaltos in hand, Champagne flowing, boats drifting along the Yarra and the sizzle of the barbecue carrying across the riverbank. As afternoon slips into evening, the music turns up and the party follows suit.
Tickets
Classic

DeluxeEarly access
Everything in Classic and Prestige, plus Taittinger’s tête de cuvée, and entry ahead of the main party.
Deluxe ticket holders arrive early, skip the queues, settle in by the river and raise the first Zalto of the afternoon before the full festivities get underway. All Champagnes pour throughout the party.
The wine
Seven still wines pour across every tier, from Kamptal Grüner to Yarra Valley Pinot, alongside a walkaround built around rivers and sea breezes.
Inspired by the great river regions of the world, this year’s walkaround follows vineyards shaped by waterways and maritime breezes: from the steep banks of the Mosel to the fog-drenched hills around the Russian River and the stone terraces of the Rhône Valley, with something new to discover at every turn.
The food

Chef Martin Benn will once again put his stamp on the menu, with plenty of surprises in store. The full menus will be revealed in early December, but with Martin at the helm, you can be assured you’re in for a treat.
