Summer Party 2026 – 67 Soleil
Saturday 11th July
A tradition across the 67 Pall Mall group, the Summer Party brings Members together to celebrate the spirit of the season: generous wines, lively conversation, and the company of fellow Members. This year marks a special first, as we host the celebration within the walls of the Club and a brand new space that we are launching – 67 on Scotts.
67 on Scotts is our newest concept occupying a double-storeyed corner unit on Levels 1 and 2 on Shaw Centre (we suspect you may have seen the hoarding up on the ground level), designed for large-scale luxury events from celebrations and parties to brand showcases and activations. Members will be among the first to experience the space in its full glory as we bring it to life.
67 Soleil draws inspiration from the spirit of a European summer, and will see the Club transformed into a multi-level summer playground, for a different experience on each floor.
Across cultures, the sun carries powerful meaning — vitality and renewal, rhythm and continuity — making it a fitting symbol for a night that brings together Members, friends of the Club, and partners from across the worlds of wine and gastronomy.
Throughout the evening, Members will journey through a series of distinctive settings:
Level 1 — The Coastal Room
A relaxed seaside atmosphere welcomes you into 67 on Scotts, with bright wines, fresh flavours and the feeling of an endless summer afternoon.
Level 2 — Ibiza Nightfall After Party
As the sun sets, the tempo rises. Expect vibrant energy, flowing wines and upbeat music that will get you moving all night.
Level 27 — The Summer Cellarium
At the heart of the Club, a celebration of wine takes centre stage with exceptional bottles poured alongside roaming culinary stations.
Level 28 — The Mykonos Garden Party
High above the city, the evening continues under the open sky at the Garden Bar. Inspired by the breezy garden parties of Mykonos, expect sweeping views, late-night pours, and the rhythm of a long summer night.
More than a celebration, 67 Soleil offers a glimpse into the many ways your Club can come alive. Each corner will unfold with its own character from vibrant food stations and flowing wines to music, entertainment and thoughtfully designed settings that evolve throughout the evening.
We welcome Members to experience the Club in motion, and to see how ideas can take shape within these spaces, much in the same spirit.
What we’re pouring:
To welcome summer, NV Pol Roger Brut Réserve will flow throughout the Club, the perfect companion for long summer afternoons and the opening notes of a night to remember.
Level 1 & 2 — The Coastal Room & Ibiza Nightfall
The celebration begins with wines made for the sun. NV Billecart-Salmon Blanc de Blancs offers delicate citrus and green apple, crisp enough to echo the sea breeze of a Mediterranean afternoon, and 2024 Chateau d’Esclans Whispering Angel Rosé brings Provençal charm in a glass, soft and perfumed, perfect for wandering between rooms or catching up with friends. Meanwhile, the 2024 Lagar de Cervera Albariño dazzles with Atlantic freshness and lively acidity, a bright foil to the creamy texture of the Blanc de Blancs.
After the sun sets, NV Vincent Bouzerau Crémant de Bourgogne keeps the bubbles going at Ibiza Nightfall, where we’re sure you’d want to put on your dancing shoes…
Level 27 — The Summer Cellarium
At the heart of the Club, wine takes centre stage. Whites start with the sunlit precision of 2023
Domaine Fernard & Laurent Pillot Chassagne-Montrachet, its mineral-driven palate and subtle richness showing why Burgundy remains timeless. South Africa contributes with 2024 Ken Forrester Old Vine Chenin Blanc, where bright orchard fruits and a hint of honey speak to decades of vinicultural mastery, and not forgetting 2023 Niepoort Redoma Branco Reserva, a masterclass in Douro white wine-making that layers orchard fruit, citrus zest, and schist-derived minerality.
Reds traverse some classic terroirs. From Oregon, 2022 Domaine Drouhin Pinot Noir brings the Drouhin family’s Burgundian touch to the Dundee Hills — fragrant red berries, fine tannins, and the precision that has made it a benchmark for American Pinot. Bordeaux is represented by 2015 La Dame de Montrose, a polished Saint-Estèphe that balances dark fruit, cedar and structure with immediate drinkability.
Spain arrives in grand style with 2011 La Rioja Alta Gran Reserva 904, one of Rioja’s great classics. Aged for three years in American oak and bottle-matured to perfection, it unfolds with layers of blackberry, orange peel, cedar and balsamic spice — silky, complex and beautifully balanced, a Rioja that shows exactly why the estate has been a benchmark since 1890.
And for Members seeking something uniquely Italian, 2021 La Ca’Nova Barbaresco stands out as a hidden gem; aromatic, structured, and full of personality.
Level 28 — The Mykonos Garden Party
High above the city, the evening shifts to cocktails, open skies, and sweeping views. Here, the pace slows just enough for long, lingering sips under the stars — the perfect Mediterranean finale to a night of exploration, discovery, and celebration.
From bright coastal whites to cellar classics and late-night cocktails, your glass will never run dry — and your summer night will linger long after the last pour.

Golden State: A California Walkaround with Christopher Beros
Wednesday 17th June
Join us for a relaxed afternoon exploring the breadth and character of California wine with Christopher Beros of the Wine Institute.
Hosted in a casual walkaround format, the tasting will feature over 21 wines from across the region, offering Members the opportunity to discover a wide range of producers and styles at their own pace. Napa Valley and beyond, with Head Sommelier Shirley Tan
Wednesday 17th June
Mention California wine, and many people’s thoughts go no further than Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Yet the Golden State is today home to an increasingly varied array of wines, extending far beyond blockbuster Cabs.

Shirley has assembled a line-up across grape varietals and regions, from Albariño to Zinfandel, Calistoga to Sonoma, all aimed at illustrating the breadth and depth of California’s ever-expanding vinous landscape.
Shirley will be joined in this quest by Christopher Beros, Asia director at the California Wine Institute. Raised and educated in California, Christopher has lived primarily in Asia since 2007, when he founded the import business California-China Wine Trading.

Somms Exchange: Praelum at 67 – Then vs Now: Reassessing the Blind Tastings That Shaped the Wine World
Saturday 27th June
For our next Somm Exchange, we’re bringing out the big hitters – both in terms of the wines and the somms themselves.
Join us for a journey back to the world’s most influential blind tastings, as we re-examine the outcomes and their lasting impact on the wine world.
For this interactive exercise, we’ll be joined by Gerald Lu, co-founder of wine bar and bistro Praelum, who also serves as president of the Sommelier Association of Singapore. Gerald will team up with our Assistant Head Sommelier Yi Ying Ng to revisit historically significant blind tastings and re-examine them through a modern lens, asking if the original results still hold true.
Gerald and Yi Ying have assembled three pairs of wines – Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Bordeaux blends – in honour of three landmark tastings that pitted Old World against New: the 1976 Judgment of Paris; the 1979 Gault Millau ‘Wine Olympics’; and the 2004 Berlin tasting.
We will all – including our hosts – taste the wines semi-blind (that is we will know the wines being tasted, but not which is which) as we compare past and present winemaking philosophies. Then we will ask Members to vote for their favourites before revealing the results and considering how our tastes and verdicts compare to the approach of the original tasters.
Do join us for what should be a fun and fascinating evening.
Welcome drink:
Billecart-Salmon, Réserve, Brut
The wines we will be tasting:
2019 Joseph Drouhin, 1er Cru Clos Des Mouches Blanc, Beaune, Burgundy
2017 Château Montelena, Chardonnay, Napa Valley, California
2021 Domaine Serene, Evenstad Reserve, Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Oregon
2020 Maison Joseph Drouhin, 1er Cru Les Baudes, Chambolle-Musigny, Burgundy

#67SommSocial: Exploring the Native Grapes of Austria with Shiva
Saturday 18th July
We know our Members are always keen to go beyond the obvious and make new discoveries. So for our next Saturday #67SommSocial, hosted by Senior Sommelier Shiva Chaurasiya, we’ll be exploring the indigenous grapes of one of Europe’s most dynamic wine countries – Austria.
Many Members will be familiar with Austria’s most famous native variety, Grüner Veltliner. But how about Zierfandler, an equally racy variety which shares the classic bright, zesty acidity for which the country’s whites are increasingly recognised? Or the aromatic Rotgipfler, which ripens later than Grüner, yet retains a fresh, steely mineral edge to balance its juicy, fruity notes? As for the reds, we’ll try a Zweigelt, a lighter, vibrant red that is fast becoming a somms’ favourite, particularly in warmer climes. And the heartier Blaufränkisch, known for its more savoury, spicy tones.
Having grown up in Mumbai, Shiva Chaurasiya only tasted wine for the first time when he was 21, passing his Court of Master Sommeliers Introductory exam almost entirely on the basis of theoretical knowledge. A year later, in 2022, he left India for the first time to join us here at 67 in Singapore, where he has since made quite an impact.
Last month, he travelled to Vienna to attend Vie Vinum, Austria’s largest wine fair, where the country’s native grapes made a serious impression on him. ‘I tasted some amazing expressions,’ says Shiva, ‘And I knew straightaway that this would be a great topic for our members.’
Join Shiva to discover four varieties for yourself in this fun, informal tasting which will see Shiva introduce the wines and mingle with Members throughout.
The wines we will be tasting:
2015 Weingut Gebeshuber, Zierfandler, Thermenregion, Austria
2020 Johanesshof Reinisch, Ried Satzing Rotgipfler, Thermenregion, Austria
2020 Weingut Gerhard Markowitsch, Rubin Carnuntum, Zweigelt, Carnuntum, Austria
2020 Wachter Wiesler, Bela Joska, Blaufränkisch, Burgenland, Austria

XiaoLing – The Grand Vin of the Himalayas
Wednesday 22nd July
To find one of the most promising terroirs within China’s rapidly evolving fine-wine industry, you’ll need to journey to the rugged high-altitude hillsides in the Tibetan borderlands of northwestern Yunnan. There, high in the Upper Mekong, XiaoLing has emerged as one of the country’s most distinctive wineries, producing small quantities of premium wines in one of the world’s most dramatic vineyard landscapes.
Translated from Mandarin as ‘cloudy peak of the mountains’, the estate was established in 2014 in a remote spot 2,000 metres up in Himalayan foothills where summers are hot, winters are cold, and the soil is poor and rocky, but rich in limestone.
While tracing its inspiration to vineyards originally planted by French Catholic missionaries in the 19th century, today, XiaoLing works closely with local Tibetan growers and focuses on low yields, hand harvesting, and maturation in French oak barrels.
Having produced its first vintage in 2014, the estate soon became known for its pure, lively Cabernet-based blends, which continue to garner the most headlines. More recently, however, it has also gained attention for its vibrant Chardonnay, with James Suckling naming the 2021 Xiao Ling Hong Po Chardonnay his Chinese Wine of the Year on account of its depth and minerality.
We are thrilled to welcome Bertrand Cristau, owner and CEO of Xiaoling since 2017, to guide us through a range of its wines. Though he has family links to Burgundy’s Bouchard family (indeed, he still holds some 1er cru vineyard in Mercurey), Cristau graduated in France as an engineer, in 1981, before moving to China and marrying in Beijing. He has lived in the country ever since, and will provide a first-hand perspective on its fascinating wine scene.
The wines we will be tasting:
2023 XiaoLing, White, Yunnan, China
2021 XiaoLing, Sentiers de XiaoLing, Yunnan, China
2020 XiaoLing, Grand Vin, Yunnan, China
2018 XiaoLing, Ri Ni Tong, Yunnan, China
2018 XiaoLing, Ri Zui, Yunnan, China
2018 XiaoLing, Jiu Nong Ding, Yunnan, China
2018 XiaoLing, Ba Dong Xin Cun, Yunnan, China
