Caspar has for many years managed portfolios of wine for collectors, interested in both investment and in consumption. He understands that the act of collecting wine should be an extension of one’s passion and done for enjoyment, rather than it becoming a hindrance.

GrapePip fills the role of a buying and trading facility that is both fun and simple; in effect, GrapePip is a highly interactive bin-end and broking list in auction format, i.e. a platform where the wine trade can anonymously dispose of its overstock and where private collectors can list their wines for sale, or, of course, secure a bargain.

Through GrapePip’s Lots For Charity channel, Caspar and Victoria raised over £10,000 for The Benevolent, the wine trade’s own charity, which led to them being awarded the Vintner’s Benevolent Award.

Caspar and Victoria look forward to welcoming Members to an evening that will include an interesting walkabout tasting, as well as testing you with a modicum of (entirely voluntary) blind tasting. There will be a string of mini-auctions held live and online throughout the course of the evening, to include lots that will be open for tasting on the evening…
