Spain is the most widely planted wine producing nation with over 2.9 million acres under vine, and is the third largest wine producer behind France & Italy in terms of volume. This is due to the smaller yields resulting from the arid climate.

Whilst the wine makers adopt modern techniques in growing their unique vinous treasures, they continue to try to maintain tradition – thus a tremendous revolution in the past couple of decades for Spanish wine production has sparked.
