Elton is a certified sommelier, accredited by the Court of Master Sommeliers in January 2022, and is currently pursuing the Advanced Course. Originally from Albania, he has over 20 years of hospitality experience, beginning his career in Italy where he spent 13 years refining his skills in Michelin-starred restaurants. Since relocating to London in 2016, Elton has continued to excel, joining the prestigious 67 Pall Mall in 2021 before stepping into his current role as Head Sommelier & Lounge Operations.
