Live from the Vines: Château Angélus

Hosted by Jane Anson & Stéphanie de Boüard-Rivoal

Château Angélus has been owned by the Boüard de Laforest family since 1782 and takes its name from the Angélus bells from three different churches that are audible from the vineyards. Less than a kilometre from the famous Saint-Emilion bell tower, situated on the much-vaunted south-facing “foot of the hill”, Angélus has been the life work of eight generations of the Boüard de Laforest family.

We speak with Stéphanie de Boüard-Rivoal, the third woman to preside over the fortunes of Château Angélus.
