Samuel brings over a decade of hospitality experience in London, with a career spanning restaurant, fine dining, and five-star hotels. He was inspired to join 67 Pall Mall – at the end of 2024 – due to it’s exciting growth and reputation, as well as its exceptional wine offering. Over the past year, he has become an integral part of the team combining experience, passion, and a continued curiosity for the world of wine.

Originally from Spain, near the renowned Ribera del Duero wine region, Samuel has always had a natural connection to wine. This interest has continued to grow professionally, with plans to complete the WSET Level 3 and deepen his expertise in the field.
