2018 Domaine Serene ‘Yamhill Cuvee’ Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, USA
Grace and Ken Evenstad settled in the Dundee Hills in the Willamette Valley in 1989. At the time, the couple had spent more than 20 years together in Minnesota and had a deep appreciation for the wines of Burgundy and faith in Oregon’s wine future. Grace and Ken had the conviction and a bit of a dream to grow and produce world-class Pinot Noir, and with the support of their family they founded Domaine Serene, essentially creating Oregon’s luxury wine industry. They named the winery after their daughter, Serene, and their first vineyard on the estate was named after their son, Mark Bradford Evenstad.
Today, Domaine Serene produces some of the best Pinot Noir in the world, testament of their love for each other and their commitment to exceptional quality winemaking.

Agostino carries on the legacy started by his father, with the support of his wife, Carla, and by their son, Andrea. Each bottle represents the love of a family and their passion for their work.

2016 Domaine Arnaud Ente Santenots du Milieu, Volnay Premier Cru, France
Domaine Arnaud Ente is one of Burgundy’s most sought-after producers, known for their precision and purity. Arnaud and his wife, Marie-Odile, run their small estate with dedication to detail, crafting wines that reflect both their passion and the terroir. While celebrated for their Chardonnays, particularly their Meursault, Ente’s Pinot Noirs, like this Volnay 1er Cru Santenots du Milieu, exhibit incredible nuance, elegance, and seductiveness.
The 2017 vintage benefited from a warm growing season, resulting in wines with liveliness, depth, and supple tannins. Sourced from a tiny 0.39-hectare plot of vines planted in 1992, this Volnay is about finesse, offering layers of smoky red berries, dried rose petals, and subtle spice, all wrapped in a refined structure. A wine of poise and introverted intensity—much like the couple behind it—perfect for a romantic evening.

2018 Domaine Serene ‘Yamhill Cuvee’ Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, USA
In 2001, this domaine was founded by Pierre-Yves, the eldest son of Marc Colin, together with his talented wife, Caroline Morey, daughter of Jean-Marc Morey. Initially established as a négociant business, the domaine took a significant step forward when Pierre-Yves acquired a portion of the family vineyards in 2005. The wines are crafted with minimal intervention, undergo extended élevage and no filtration, allowing the terroir to express itself in the bottle.
We are delighted to share this masterpiece, created by a true power couple of Burgundy, on Valentine’s Day at 67 Pall Mall!
