67 on Hollywood

Open Tuesdays to Saturdays

We are beyond pleased to announce the launch our very first residency bar in Hong Kong, 67 on Hollywood. In typical 67 Pall Mall fashion, we’re proud to present the most extensive by-the-glass Chinese wine selection in Hong Kong: 67 in total (it’s our favourite number).

Nestled in the heart of Central, 67 on Hollywood is situated on 41 Hollywood Road (next to Frenchies bakery). Named the second coolest street in the world in 2024 by Time Out, Hollywood Road now has its very own 67 Pall Mall residency. How’s that for accolades?

With Love from Loire:
A Tasting with Arnaud Bardary, Master Sommelier

Monday 8th September

Picture this: the Loire Valley’s finest wines laid before you, each one a story waiting to unfold in your glass. Leading us on this vinous journey is none other than Arnaud Bardary, Master Sommelier and a true connoisseur of the vine.

Born into a family with five generations rooted in gastronomy, Arnaud’s career has spanned the vineyards of Jura, Michelin-starred restaurants, and now Hong Kong, where he serves as Head of Business Development for Watson’s Wine. In this intimate masterclass, Arnaud will guide us through the magic of the Loire Valley, a region that holds a dear place in his heart. Often overlooked, the Loire is one of France’s most diverse and extensive wine regions, offering everything from elegant, expressive whites to structured, characterful reds, including the 2018 Clos Rougeard, Le Clos, Saumur-Champigny Rouge. The Still and Sparkling Secrets of Voirin-Jumel

Monday 22nd September

For over 50 years, Champagne Voirin-Jumel has been quietly mastering the art of crafting Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru champagnes in the Côte des Blancs. What began with Françoise Jumel and Gilles Voirin has now been handed down to the capable hands of their granddaughters, Julie and Pauline. This October, these two sisters are bringing their family’s effervescent expertise to 67 Pall Mall Hong Kong for an evening guaranteed to sparkle, though mastering the art of sabering a bottle is (sadly) not on the agenda.

This exclusive masterclass offers a rare opportunity to explore both sides of Champagne’s personality: the effervescent and the still. You’ll taste Voirin-Jumel’s highly sought-after Coteaux Champenois, the still wines that reveal the soul of the region’s chalky terroir and rarely leave the cellar door. Complementing these hidden gems are a selection of the estate’s champagnes, ranging from the zippy elegance of their Blanc de Blancs to expressive cuvées that showcase the family’s intimate knowledge of their 44 vineyard parcels.

Voirin-Jumel’s winemaking ethos is refreshingly simple: listen to the land, nurture the vines, and let the wines speak for themselves. With just 8.5 hectares under their stewardship and an annual production of 80,000 bottles, they remain steadfast in their commitment to quality over quantity. Each bottle is a testament to their heritage, terroir, and passion.

Whether you’ve always been curious about what Champagne tastes like without the bubbles, or just ready to venture beyond the usual suspects, this masterclass is the perfect way to expand your palate while celebrating Champagne’s diversity.

We’ll be tasting:
2021 Voirin-Jumel, L’Assemblage, Extra-Brut
2021 Voirin-Jumel, La V.2 Pur Chardonnay Grand Cru, Non-Dosage
2022 Voirin-Jumel, Rosé de Saignée, Extra-Brut
2020 Voirin-Jumel, Les Carelles, Blanc de Noirs Extra-Brut
2020 Voirin-Jumel, Août, Coteaux Champenois
2022 Voirin-Jumel, Les Carelles, Coteaux Champenois

Garnacha Unveiled: Tinta to Blanca

Monday 13th October

The Garnacha family is like a well-dressed house party – everyone brings something unique to the table. Garnacha Tinta, the life of the party, bursts onto the scene with bold, ripe berry flavours and an edge of spice, perfectly captured in wines like Espectacle del Montsant. Garnacha Blanca, on the other hand, is the refreshing guest, crisp, citrusy, and full of energy, much like Valdejalón’s Botijo Blanco.

Then there are the more understated but equally fascinating characters. Garnacha Peluda adds herbal depth and texture, while Garnacha Gris offers delicate floral notes and a whisper of minerality, beautifully exemplified by Vins Nus Siuralta Gris. And let’s not forget Garnacha Tintorera – the dark, brooding type with its inky, bold character, lending power and structure to blends. Together, this diverse family showcases the extraordinary breadth of Spain’s wine heritage, where tradition meets modern creativity in every glass.

Join Constanza Cabello, Wine Development Manager at 67 Pall Mall Hong Kong, and Alice Wong, wine educator and founding partner of Vinetude Asia, for a masterclass exploring the rich tapestry of Garnacha. From vibrant whites to soulful reds, they’ll guide you through the stories, styles, and nuances of these wines.

We’ll be tasting:

NV Vilarnau Rosé Delicat Brut Reserva Organic, Cava, Barcelona
2020 Bodegas Frontonio, Botijo Blanco Garnacha Blanca, Valdejalón
2019 Vins Nus, Siuralta Gris, Montsant
2024 Bodegas Borsao, Rosado Selección, Campo de Borja
