Explore The Club
85 Spring Street, a 15-storey building located directly above Parliament Station and next to the Spring Street tramline, is a highly desirable location for a home from home in the city.
The Club will occupy the top four floors of the building, affording spectacular, uninterrupted views of the surrounding gardens, buildings, and cityscape.
Formerly the headquarters of a bank, the Club space will be redesigned to offer a wealth of facilities specifically designed with the wine enthusiast in mind.
At 5,000 lines, 67 Pall Mall Melbourne’s wine list will be the broadest list in Australia. Along with an impressive Australian collection, the list will feature wines from over 42 countries around the world.
Our by-the-glass list will feature up to 1,000 references, allowing our Members to explore our extensive list without having to commit to a full bottle.
Central to 67 Pall Mall’s ethos is our reasonable pricing structure. Unlike most wine lists, ours works on the basis of a small cash mark- up, rather than a multiple of the cost price.
Martin Benn and Vicki Wild have officially joined 67 Pall Mall Melbourne as Managing Culinary Partners.
Renowned for their three-hatted Sydney restaurant Sepia named among the World’s 100 Best Restaurants – and more recently for projects such as their NGV residency and the acclaimed Club 1905 at the Australian Open, Martin and Vicki bring exceptional experience, creativity, and precision to the Club.
Together, they are shaping the culinary and hospitality direction across all three floors. Blending Melbourne’s dynamic dining culture with 67 Pall Mall’s global standards, their menus will celebrate seasonality and the finest local produce, with food and wine pairings remaining central to every experience.
