DEBATE – IS WINE TOO CHEAP?  | WEDNESDAY 17TH NOVEMBER

Join us for a very special event in the St. James’s Room, to be broadcast on 67pallmall.tv as part of a new series of vinous debates.

Richard Bampfield MW will be moderating two teams as they debate our subject: Is fine wine too cheap?

Richard will be joined by Areni Co-founder and executive Director Pauline Vicard, Farr Vintners Wine Buyer Thomas Parker MW, and Owner and Managing Director of Hundred Hills Vineyards Stephen Ducket.

We hope Members will participate in what surely will be a lively debate, arguing for and against this controversial statement.

Is the price of wine justified, are demands from new markets pushing the prices up to unsustainable levels? Where will it stop, and what does the future hold?

Join us (or tune in) to find out…
